摘要:

为保证超高压蒸汽的品质,必须对产生超高压蒸汽的急冷锅炉水进行定时排污,由于排污水温度、压力高,且频繁开关操作,因此排污阀门经常出现严重内漏,造成了大量的浪费。为节约能源,增加经济效益,通过计算,将泄漏的排污水实施了“阶梯式”的余热回收利用,实现了节能减耗、提效的目的。

Abstract:

In order to guarantee the quality of super-high-pressure steam, it is necessary to regularly drain the quench boiler where the super-high-pressure steam generates. Due to the high temperature and pressure of blowdown water and the frequent switching operation, serious internal leakage often occurs at the blowdown valve, leading to a lot of waste. To save energy and improve economic benefit, cascade recovery of waste heat was carried out for the leaking blowdown water through calculations, achieving the goals of energy saving, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement.
