乙烯装置急冷系统大检修停车倒空方案优化

Optimization of Emptying Plan for Overhaul of Quench System in Ethylene Plant

摘要:

乙烯装置在停工检修时,急冷系统的停车倒空历来是装置停车过程中的难点和控制点,齐鲁乙烯装置经过两轮改扩建,因现场动改较多,加大了系统倒空难度。针对急冷系统大,流程复杂、油品重的特点,齐鲁乙烯提前准备相关流程,各专业相互协调,重点通过方案优化,提高系统的倒空置换速度和质量,在尽可能回收含油污水中油品的前提下,8 d实现急冷系统的低排放倒空置换合格交出。

Abstract:

The emptying of quench system during the overhaul of ethylene plant has always been the difficulty and control point of plant shutdown. After two rounds of revamping and expansion, there were many changes on the site of the ethylene plant of SINOPEC Qilu Company, bringing a lot of difficulties to the emptying of quench system. In view of the characteristics of quench system including a large number of equipment, complex process and heavy oil products, related processes were prepared in advance, all the disciplines coordinated with each other, and the emptying replacement speed and quality of the system were improved through scheme optimization. On the premise of recovering oil products from oily sewage as far as possible, the low-emission emptying replacement of quench system were achieved in 8 days.
