降低乙烯装置超高压蒸汽损失的措施

摘要:

针对独山子2号乙烯装置裂解气压缩机透平驱动超高压蒸汽不足,从超高压蒸汽发汽系统、超高压蒸汽输送分配系统和超高压蒸汽用户3个方面进行排查,提出解决措施并在2019年大检修实施。采取措施后,不仅减少了超高压蒸汽损耗,且节省了中压蒸汽用量,同时还减少了燃料气消耗,提高了裂解炉热效率。

Abstract:

In view of the shortage of ultra-high pressure steam driven by the turbine of cracking gas compressor in the No. 2 ethylene plant in Dushanzi, the ultra-high pressure steam generation system, the ultra-high pressure steam transmission and distribution system and the ultra-high pressure steam users were investigated, and some optimization measures were put forward and implemented during the overhaul in 2019. These measures not only reduced the loss of ultra-high pressure steam and the consumption of medium pressure steam, but also reduced the consumption of fuel gas and improved the thermal efficiency of cracking furnace.
