聚丙烯轴流泵设计分析

摘要:

聚丙烯轴流泵作为聚丙烯装置环管反应器的一部分,是环管法聚丙烯生产技术的核心设备。轴流泵作为反应器介质的循环泵,在实际运行过程中可能会发生运行不稳定的情况,从而导致轴功率波动。因此,分析轴流泵的内部流场特性,研究其内部流动规律,使反应介质充分混合,获得均布的物料和温度、避免生成的聚合物发生沉淀,对轴流泵长期安全稳定运行有着重要意义。轴流泵对水力性能要求较高,因此进出口均无调节阀门。采用升力法设计,应用CFD技术对轴流泵进行分析,在满足水力性能的基础上减少局部涡动,避免物料的积聚。

Abstract:

Axial flow pump is the core equipment of ST-Ⅱ polypropylene PDP as a part of loop reactor. As the circulating pump of process fluid, axial flow pump may be operated unstably during actual operation, resulting in the fluctuation of shaft power. To achieve the long-term, safe and stable operation of axial flow pump, it`s important to analyze the internal flow field characteristics and study the internal flow pattern of axial flow pump, mix the process fluid well, obtain uniform distribution of material and temperature and avoid the sedimentation of polymers. Axial flow pump has high requirements for hydraulic performance, so there`s no regulating valve at the suction and discharge of axial flow pump. This paper adopts lifting design method to analyze the axial flow pump with CFD technology, and decreases local vortex motion to avoid the accumulation of process fluid while meeting the hydraulic performance.
