摘要:

分析了丙烯制冷压缩机透平轴位移升高的原因,总结丙烯制冷压缩机检修开工以来出现的问题,并提出透平轴位移升高的解决措施,同时,进行相关的技术优化和改造,经过不断摸索试验,丙烯制冷压缩机透平轴位移持续恶化的情况得到了有效控制。

Abstract:

This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the increased axial displacement in the turbine of propylene refrigeration compressor, summarizes the problems emerged since the startup of propylene refrigeration compressor after overhaul, and puts forward some solutions to the increased axial displacement in turbine. Relevant technical optimization and transformation were carried out. Through constant exploration and test, the continuously increased axial displacement in the turbine of propylene refrigeration compressor was effectively controlled.
