摘要:

上海石化乙烯装置丙烯制冷压缩机组在运行期间,汽轮机调速器侧轴瓦温度持续偏高且频繁波动。对机组轴瓦状态、润滑油品质等进行分析后,采取相应的措施,即在机组不停车的前提下,在油箱中加入一定比例的五类基础油,改善了汽轮机轴瓦温度高的问题,提高了关键机组长周期运行的可靠性。

Abstract:

During the operation of propylene compressor unit in the ethylene plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the bearing bush temperature at the governor side of steam turbine remained high and fluctuated frequently. After analyzing the operation of bearing bush and the quality of lubricating oil, some corresponding measures were taken. Without shutting down the compressor unit, a certain proportion of the five groups of base oil was added into the oil tank to solve the high bearing bush temperature problem of steam turbine and improve the reliability of long-term operation of key compressor units.
