裂解炉结焦抑制剂的应用

Application of Coking Inhibitor in Ethylene Cracking Furnace

摘要:

独山子石化公司 1 000 kt/a乙烯裂解炉设计使用二甲基二硫(DMDS)抑制炉管的催化反应,但仍无法减缓管内结焦,气相轻烃炉运行周期一般在55 d,影响装置乙烯产能。采用某结焦抑制剂,该抑制剂在400 ℃时即可分解,比其他有机硫化物分解溫度低,易发挥抗焦功能,且具有低闪点、高沸点等优点。应用结焦抑制剂后,结焦量明显减少,炉管表面温度下降明显,绝压比和急冷换热器出口温度增长缓慢,轻烃炉运行周期得到大幅增长,且有助于延缓炉管渗碳,延长炉管的使用寿命。

Abstract:

The ethylene cracking furnace in the 1,000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was designed to use dimethyl disulfide (DMDS) to inhibit the catalytic reactions in furnace tubes, but the coking in furnace tubes could not be slowed down. The operation cycle of gas phase light hydrocarbon furnace was generally around 55 days, affecting the ethylene capacity of the plant. A coking inhibitor was used. It can be decomposed at 400 ℃, has lower decomposition temperature than other organic sulfides, is easy to play the anti-coking function, and has the advantages of low flash point and high boiling point. After the application of this coking inhibitor, the amount of coking was significantly reduced, the surface temperature of furnace tube was significantly decreased, the absolute pressure ratio and outlet temperature of quenching heat exchanger grew slowly, and the operation cycle of light hydrocarbon furnace was greatly prolonged. It also helps slow down the carburization of furnace tube and extend the service life of furnace tube.
