裂解炉辐射段炉管新技术应用

Application of New Technology in Radiation Section of Cracking Furnace

摘要:

独山子石化公司百万吨乙烯装置8号裂解炉辐射段炉管在2019年检修期间更换为具有强化传热元件(雨滴形内壁分布)的炉管,已运行完成6个周期。首周期为开工投料周期(2019年10月3日至2019年12月10日)运行68 d,第二个周期(2019年12月16日至2020年3月19日)运行94 d。文中对新型辐射段炉管改造运行现状的阐述,表明新技术应用是装置增产降耗的有效途径之一。

Abstract:

The radiation tubes in the No.8 cracking furnace in the megaton ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company were replaced by furnace tubes with enhanced heat transfer elements (raindrop shaped inner wall distribution) during the overhaul in 2019. Up to now, six operation cycles have been completed. The first cycle is 68 days from October 3, 2019 to December 10, 2019, and the second cycle is 94 days from December 16, 2019 to March 19, 2020. The operation after the modification with new radiation tube shows that the application of this new technology is one of the effective ways to increase production and reduce consumption.
