Analysis of Factors Affecting Long Cycle Operation of Butadiene Plant and the Countermeasures

摘要:

独山子石化公司老区丁二烯装置1995年8月开工,运行不到半年就因聚合问题被迫停工处理,在1997年该装置停工多达4次,长周期运行一直是困扰装置的难题。经技术攻关和改造,装置逐步将运行周期延长到1 a,最终达到4 a。通过对影响丁二烯装置长周期运行的原因进行分析,寻找最佳方法延长装置的运行周期,提高装置负荷,确保装置安全平稳运行。

Abstract:

The butadiene plant in the old area of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has been in operation since August 1995. It was forced to shut down due to polymerization problem after only less than half a year of operation, and it was shut down four times in 1997. Long cycle operation of the plant has been a difficult problem to solve. After technical research and transformation, the operation cycle of the plant was gradually extended to one year and finally reached four years. In this paper, the factors affecting the long cycle operation of butadiene plant are analyzed, and the best methods for extending the operation cycle are investigated, so as to increase the load of the plant and ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant.
