摘要:

结合裂解炉总体方案、裂解炉原设计及现场实际情况,针对2台SL-Ⅱ型裂解炉介绍了辐射盘管、辐射段衬里、辐射段钢结构及对流盘管、对流段钢结构、对流段钢衬里如何实施标准化改造,并说明了不同标准化改造方案的适用范围及实施情况,探讨改造方案的科学性、合理性与可实施性。

Abstract:

Combined with the overall plan of cracking furnace, the original design of cracking furnace and the actual situations on site, this article introduces how to implement the standardized transformation of radiation coil, radiation section lining, radiation section steel structure, convection coil, convection section steel structure and convection section lining of two SL-Ⅱethylene cracking furnaces, explains the application scope and implementation of different standardized transformation schemes, and discusses the scientific nature, rationality and feasibility of the transformation schemes.
