摘要: 乙烯装置大检修停工处理的过程中,因急冷区工艺的复杂性停工处理需要采取化学清洗。文中叙述了乙烯装置检修急冷区停工处理采取的传统化学清洗方案,分析了传统化学清洗方案的不足,并提出优化改进方案,同时还对已优化改进实施方案提出进一步优化建议。

Abstract:

Chemical cleaning is required for the shutdown treatment of ethylene plant during overhaul due to the process complexity in quench zone. This article comprehensively describes the traditional chemical cleaning scheme for shutdown treatment in quench zone during the overhaul of ethylene plant, analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional chemical cleaning scheme, and proposes some optimization and improvement plans. At the same time, further optimization suggestions are proposed for the optimized and improved implementation plan.
