摘要:

通过乙烯装置设计参数、运行参数、仪表在线分析与离线样品分析对比,装置生产过程中产品指标有偏差,产品回收率及产量还有优化提高空间。应用TRIZ理论对存在问题提出创新方案,利用Aspen数字软件搭建模拟流程、综合管理软件(反应器运行信息监控),开展精馏塔系统及乙炔加氢反应器运行规律研究,通过运用APC控制技术对工艺参数优化控制进行操作调控,利用乙烯装置现有资源增产目的产物,为乙烯装置精馏系统长、满、优运行奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:

The comparison of design parameters, operating parameters, instrument online analysis and offline sample analysis of ethylene plant shows that there are deviations in product indexes during production and there is still room for optimization and improvement of product yield and output. The TRIZ theory was applied to propose innovative solutions to existing problems, and Aspen digital software was used to build analog processes and comprehensive management software (reactor operation information monitoring). The operation law of rectification tower system and acetylene hydrogenation reactor was studied. The optimal control of process parameters was operated and controlled by APC control technology. The existing resources of ethylene plant were used to increase the yield of target products, laying a solid foundation for the long-term, full-load and optimal operation of the rectification system of ethylene plant.
