摘要:

某220 kt/a乙烯装置急冷系统在运行过程中,出现急冷水易乳化、急冷油黏度难控制、换热器结焦严重、换热器及其管道腐蚀严重等问题,缩短了急冷系统运行周期,增加了装置能耗,通过采取优化操作措施,实现了急冷系统的长周期运行。

Abstract:

During the operation of a 220 kt/a ethylene plant, its quench system encountered some problems including the easy emulsification of quench water, the difficulty in controlling quench oil viscosity, the serious coking in heat exchanger, and the severe corrosion of the heat exchanger and its pipelines. These problems shortened the operation cycle of the quench system and increased the energy consumption of the plant. By taking some optimization operation measures, the long-term operation of the quench system is achieved.
