摘要:

对独山子石化公司乙烯二部烯烃单元甲醇装置第二水冷器循环水线泄漏问题进行原因分析、排查、制定解决方案。变更设计把凝液管道管口位置深入循环水管内,并且进行弯头转向,使得工艺凝液走向和循环水走向一致,彻底解决冲刷问题。

Abstract:

In this paper, the causes of the leakage of circulating water line of the second water cooler in the methanol unit of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company are analyzed and investigated, and some solutions are developed. By positioning the nozzle of condensate pipe deep into the circulating water pipe and turning the elbow to make the direction of process condensate consistent with that of circulating water, the erosion problem is completely solved.
