裂解气干燥器切换造成裂解气压缩机运行波动的原因分析及对策

摘要:

某石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气干燥器在切换操作过程中,有时会出现裂解气压缩机吸入罐压力以及裂解气流量波动,破坏段间压力平衡,造成裂解气压缩机轴瓦温度、振动及位移波动,对裂解气压缩机长周期运行以及整个装置的安全平稳生产造成较大的影响。针对上述问题进行原因分析,并提出解决措施,保障装置的平稳运行。

Abstract:

During the switching of cracking gas dryer in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of a petrochemical company, sometimes the cracking gas compressor may experience fluctuations in suction drum pressure and cracking gas flow, disrupting the inter-stage pressure balance. This may lead to fluctuations in the bearing temperature, vibration, and displacement of the cracking gas compressor, significantly impacting the long-term operation of the cracking gas compressor and the safe and smooth production of the entire plant. This article analyzes the causes of the above problems, and proposes some solutions to ensure the stable operation of the plant.
