The causes of tube bundle leakage in the heat exchanger are analyzed, and some corresponding preventive measures are developed to extend the operation cycle of heat exchanger and reduce the probability of heat exchanger leakage during operation, thus ensuring the long-term operation of critical equipment in the ethylene plant.
