裂解汽油加氢技术的进展

摘要: 介绍了传统的两类裂解汽油加氢流程:全馏分加氢和中心馏分加氢。并针对国内主要采用的中心馏分加氢技术,详细叙述了中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)在裂解汽油中心馏分加氢流程中的多处技术改进,如改变原料进料方式、换热流程优化、降低回流比、采用高效换热器以及二段加氢的冷热高分技术。通过工艺改进,使裂解汽油装置的能耗下降了约40%。另外还简要介绍了裂解汽油加氢工艺流程的拓展,如裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯技术,以及裂解汽油加氢工艺流程的延伸,如增产BTXAPU(先进的工艺单元)技术。

Abstract:

This paper introduces two traditional pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation processes, i.e. full range gasoline hydrogenation and heart cut gasoline hydrogenation, and discusses in detail the technological improvements in the process flow of heart cut pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation by SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation, including changing the feeding mode, optimizing the heat exchange process, reducing the reflux ratio and adopting high efficiency heat exchanger and cold and hot high pressure separation technology with two-stage hydrogenation. Through process improvement, the energy consumption of pyrolysis gasoline unit is reduced by about 40%. The expansion of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation process, such as the extraction of styrene from pyrolysis gasoline, and the extension of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation process, such as the APU (advanced process unit) technology for increasing BTX production, are briefly introduced.
