摘要: 研究了以轻柴油为原料乙烯装置碱洗塔的稳定运行和黄油的抑制,在碱洗条件下,虽能有效地脱除酸性气体,但同时伴有副反应的发生。烯烃物料之间各类聚合反应,产生 “黄油”。因碱洗塔系统产生的“黄油”量较多,故通过采取工艺优化和抑制聚合反应两方面措施,并加入黄油抑制剂彻底保证装置稳定运行。

Abstract:

The stable operation and grease inhibition of caustic wash tower in the ethylene plant with light diesel oil as raw material are studied. Under the conditions of caustic wash, besides the removal of acid gas, side reactions take place. Grease is produced by various polymerization reactions between olefin materials. Process optimization measures and polymerization inhibition measures were taken against the large amount of grease produced in caustic wash tower, and grease inhibitor was added to ensure the stable operation of the ethylene plant.
