摘要: 主要介绍了低NOx燃烧器在中沙石化应用情况,针对燃烧器的实际工况,制定新型燃烧器布局及型式,解决了原燃烧器固有难题,实现了降低燃烧烟气中大气污染物氮氧化物的浓度,提高了裂解炉能源利用率。

Abstract: This article mainly introduces the application of low NOx burner in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co. Ltd. According to the actual working conditions of the burner, the layout and type of new burner were developed, thus solving the inherent problems of the original burner, reducing the concentration of atmospheric pollutant NOx in combustion flue gas and improving the energy efficiency of cracking furnace.
