Based on the Analysis Report on Raw Materials to Cracking Furnace issued regularly by the Research Institute, the professional departments of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company pay close attention to the changes in raw material quality and properties through the dynamic monitoring of cracking raw materials and focus on the advanced indicators in the industry to timely adjust the proportion of high-quality cracking raw materials entering the plant. The Research Institute and the production workshops jointly optimize the process operation of the ethylene plant, and carry out comprehensive quality monitoring of the incoming raw materials from the source workshop. Off-spec raw materials will not be unloaded in the railway and truck loading/unloading areas or delivered from the tank area of transportation and storage joint workshop. All the raw materials with out-of-tolerance indicators are to be reviewed to reduce the potential quality risk, so as to achieve the comprehensive quality control of plant-wide liquid and solid products and the goals of high product output and yield.
