重油裂解炉运行周期与节能探讨

中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司乙烯装置重油裂解炉运行周期可达到120 d以上,但在运行末期相同投料量条件下燃料量增加,超高压蒸汽产量降低,能耗增加。计算裂解炉烧焦所需能耗,对整个运行周期的投料燃料比值、超高压蒸汽产量与燃料消耗量比值进行分析,并对运行前50 d50 d后每隔10 d的数据平均值进行对比。通过分析对比,合理安排运行周期,实现计划烧焦,降低装置总能耗的目的。

Abstract:

The operation cycle of the heavy oil cracking furnace at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has reached more than 120 days, but at the end of the operation, the fuel consumption increases, the output of ultra-high pressure steam decreases and the energy consumption increases under the same feeding quantity. The energy consumption required for coke burning of cracking furnace is calculated, the ratio of feed to fuel and the ratio of ultra-high pressure steam output to fuel consumption during the whole operation cycle are analyzed, and the average data every 10 days of the 50 days before operation and that of the 50 days after operation are compared. The results show that the objectives of planned decoking and lower total energy consumption of the ethylene plant can be achieved through reasonable arrangement of operation cycle.
