摘要:

独山子石化220 kt/a乙烯装置随着加工原料的轻质化,裂解气组分变轻,裂解气压缩机逐渐表现出吸入压力偏高、排出压力偏低的状况,同时受此影响乙烯收率和产量无法同时满足要求。文中介绍了针对裂解气组分变轻变轻对裂解气压缩机影响的分析及排查的过程,提出了优化措施和建议。

Abstract:

As the feedstock to the 220 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company becomes lighter, the cracking gas components becomes lighter, and some problems such as high suction pressure and low discharge pressure gradually emerged in the cracking gas compressor. As a result, the ethylene yield and the output cannot meet the requirements at the same time. This paper introduces the analysis and investigation process of the influence of lighter cracking gas components on cracking gas compressor, and puts forward some optimization measures and suggestions.
