摘要:

随着国内石油化工企业的迅猛发展,各企业间竞争日益激烈,各化工装置节能降耗、降本增效是可持续发展的必然趋势。从裂解炉COT优化控制、烧焦方案优化、对流段化学清洗、急冷锅炉水力清焦、气相炉稀释蒸汽调节阀扩孔改造等方面优化乙烯装置裂解炉管理[1],提高裂解炉运行效率,降低装置能耗。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of petrochemical enterprises in China, the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce, and energy saving, consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency improvement has become an inevitable trend of sustainable development for chemical plants. From the aspects of optimized COT control of cracking furnace, optimization of coke burning scheme, chemical cleaning of convection section, hydraulic coke cleaning of quench boiler and hole enlargement of dilution steam control valve of gas-phase furnace, the cracking furnace management was optimized to improve the operation efficiency of cracking furnace and reduce the energy consumption of ethylene plant.
