摘要:

烷基铝作为石化行业生产过程中的助催化剂,被广泛应用于聚乙烯等聚烯烃装置中。但由于其物理特性比较活跃,对于装置安全生产有一定潜在风险。因此在设计阶段,应充分考虑其危险性。特别是在卸料过程中,可采用卸料臂等措施,减少误操作的几率,从设计层面为装置长期稳定运行提供保障。

Abstract:

Alkyl aluminium, as a co-catalyst for the production process in petrochemical industry, has been widely used in polyolefin plants such as polyethylene plant. However, it brings some potential hazards to the safety production of the plant due to its active physical characteristics. Therefore, its risks should be fully taken into consideration during engineering design. Some measures such as loading arm may be taken during unloading to reduce the probability of misoperation, thus ensuring the long-term and stable operation of the plant from the perspective of engineering design.
