裂解气压缩机转速波动原因分析

摘要:

针对采用2台裂解气压缩机并联运行模式下,单台压缩机组频繁出现转速波动问题,经过2次停机检查,分别对电液转化器、自励阀、转速探头、错油门、主汽阀阀碟和阀座等部件进行检查未发现异常,通过环境温度对转速波动影响的特性及三四段波动曲线的不同特征,最终确定汽油汽提塔塔顶返回管线积液,通过增加保温伴热消除了转速波动问题。

Abstract:

In view of the frequent speed fluctuation problem of a single compressor unit under the parallel operation mode of two cracking gas compressor units, the components such as electro-hydraulic converter, self-excited valve, speed probe, pilot valve, and valve disc and valve seat of main stop valve were checked respectively during two rounds of shutdown inspection, and no abnormality was found. Based on the characteristics of the influence of ambient temperature on speed fluctuation and the different characteristics of three or four sections of fluctuation curve, it was found that liquid was accumulated in the overhead return pipeline of gasoline stripper, and the speed fluctuation problem was eliminated by adding thermal insulation and heat tracing.
