摘要：

裂解汽油是烃类热裂解生产乙烯时的副产品之一。工业生产中，通常以两段绝热固定床催化加氢的方式饱和裂解汽油中不饱和基，一段加氢反应在低温液相条件下进行，主要加氢饱和共轭二烯基等双烯基，二段加氢反应在高温条件下加氢饱和单烯基。裂解汽油加氢装置按照碳五组分的脱除前后顺序可分为前脱C₅即中间馏分加氢和后脱C₅即全加氢流程，目前大部分化工企业以前脱C₅流程生产，个别企业以后脱C₅流程运行。研究分析了影响裂解汽油全加氢装置二段催化剂运行周期的因素，同时提出了对应的解决措施。

Abstract:

Pyrolysis gasoline is one of the by-products in the pyrolysis of hydrocarbons to produce ethylene. In industrial production, unsaturated groups of benzene ring branched chains in pyrolysis gasoline are usually saturated by two-stage adiabatic fixed bed catalytic hydrogenation. The first-stage hydrogenation mainly saturates dienyl groups such as conjugated dienyl under low-temperature liquid phase conditions, and the second-stage hydrogenation saturates monoenyl groups under high temperature. According to the removal sequence of C₅ components, pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit can be divided into front-end depentanization and back-end depentanization, namely middle distillate hydrogenation and full hydrogenation. At present, most chemical enterprises adopt front-end depentanization, while some enterprises use back-end depentanization. In this paper, the factors influencing the operating cycle of second-stage catalysts in full hydrogenation unit of pyrolysis gasoline are analyzed, and some corresponding solutions are put forward.
