石化企业超高压蒸汽管道内洁度处理策略与经济性探讨

Treatment Strategy and Economy of Internal Cleanliness of Super High Pressure Steam Pipelines in Petrochemical Plants

摘要:

在大量调查国内近几年投产的百万吨乙烯工程在超高压蒸汽系统的吹扫策略、效果与教训的基础上,以镇海炼化乙烯二期工程为实例,对该系统在满足质量和安全环保要求的前提下,从经济性的角度分析了超高压蒸汽管道内洁度的不同处置方法带来的相差巨大的试车费用。结果表明:只要不断结合新技术、新思维、优化试车方案,新装置的试车工作不但在安全、环保上可以得到提升,节能上依然有大有作为的空间。

Abstract:

Based on the investigation on the strategy, effect and experience in the purging of super high pressure steam pipelines, this paper takes the Ethylene Project Phase II in Zhenhai as an example to analyze from the economic point of view the huge differences in commissioning cost due to different treatment methods for the internal cleanliness of super high pressure steam pipelines while meeting the quality and environment protection requirements of the system. The results show that safety and environment protection can be improved and great achievements can be made in energy saving during the commissioning of the new plant by continuously using new technologies and new ideas and optimizing the commissioning plan.
