乙烯装置分离技术环保减排及能耗优化

摘要:

800 kt/a乙烯装置采用国产裂解技术及环保低能耗乙烯分离技术。对该分离流程进行了介绍,从急冷系统增设密闭蒸煮、乙烯精馏塔压控、乙烯直送下游装置、乙烯球罐减排、低温原料冷量回收5方面进行了设计优化。有效提高了乙烯分离流程的灵活性、先进性,减少了装置的非必要排放,降低了运行成本,实现装置更环保、节能生产。

Abstract:

An 800 kt/a ethylene plant adopts domestic cracking technology and environmentally-friendly low-energy-consumption ethylene separation technology. The separation process is introduced, and design optimization is carried out such as installing closed steaming in quench system, reducing the pressure in ethylene rectification tower, directly sending ethylene to downstream units, reducing the emission of ethylene spherical tank and recovering cold energy from low-temperature raw materials. These optimizations can effectively improve the flexibility and progressiveness of ethylene separation process, reduce the unnecessary emissions, reduce the operation cost, and achieve a more environmentally-friendly and energy-saving production of the plant.
