摘要:

某公司乙烯装置脱丁烷塔,由于精馏塔内结焦物逐渐积累,在正常运行期间塔压差多次升高,造成产品质量不合格,给乙烯装置稳定运行带来较大隐患。通过分析,判断结焦物生成是由于凝液汽提塔进料中带水、设备检修投用时带入微量氧、精馏塔塔盘生锈及裂解原料重质化比例提高等因素综合影响所致。经优化操作、加强工艺监控,并增加阻聚剂注入流程,脱丁烷塔压差恢复正常,运行状态维持稳定。

Abstract:

The pressure difference in the debutanizer of the steam cracker of a company frequently increased during normal operation due to the gradual accumulation of coke in the distillation column, resulting in off-spec products and bringing great potential hazard to the stable operation of the unit. The analysis results showed that the accumulation of coke was caused by multiple factors including the water entrained in the feed to condensate stripper, the trace oxygen brought in during equipment maintenance, the rust of distillation tower tray and the heavier cracking feedstock. By optimizing the operation, strengthening process monitoring and adding inhibitor injection process flow, the pressure difference in debutanizer returned to normal and stable operation was achieved.
