摘要:

介绍了以乙丙烷为原料的乙烯装置在保持装置总乙烯产量不变的基础上,考察了不同乙烷原料占比对裂解产物分布的影响,发现随着乙烷原料的增加,氢气及循环乙烷产量明显增加而其他组分均有不同程度减少。在此基础上进一步研究了不同原料比例对乙烯装置深冷分离的影响,总结了不同乙烷比例下,深冷分离系统的相应调整手段,并通过流程模拟,比较了几种原料配比方案的“三机”功耗。

Abstract:

In an ethylene plant with ethane and propane as the feedstock, the influence of different ratios of ethane feedstock on the distribution of cracking products was investigated while the total ethylene yield remained unchanged. The analysis shows that with the increase in ethane feedstock, hydrogen and recycle ethane remarkably increased while other components decreased to varying degrees. Based on this, the influence of different ratios of ethane feedstock on the cryogenic separation in ethylene plant is studied. The conventional adjustment methods for cryogenic separation system with different ratios of ethane feedstock are summarized, and the power consumption of cracking gas compressor, propylene compressor and ethylene compressor with different ratios of ethane feedstock is compared with each other through process simulation.
