超高压蒸汽并网管道配管设计方案的探讨

Discussion on Piping Design of Ultra-high Pressure Steam Lines Going to the Main on Pipe Rack

摘要:

自产超高压蒸汽是裂解炉回收能量的重要途径。超高压蒸汽并网管道由于温度高、压力大、管道材料特殊等特点,成为裂解炉区重要的管系之一。以某新建乙烯装置裂解炉区重油炉为例,介绍了超高压蒸汽并网管道的布置思路、管架设计及注意事项,并对消音器的布置方案进行了讨论。通过两种阀组布置方案的比较,得出方案二更便于阀门在平台上的操作和检修,同时可节省投资,因此最终确定方案二为首选方案。

Abstract:

Generating ultra-high pressure steam is an important way to recover the energy of ethylene cracking furnace. The ultra-high pressure steam line going to the main on pipe rack has become one of the important lines in cracking furnace area due to its high temperature and pressure and special material. Taking the heavy oil furnace in the cracking furnace area of a newly-built ethylene plant as an example, this paper introduces the layout ideas of the ultra-high pressure steam lines going to the main on pipe rack, the pipe rack design and the precautions, and discusses the layout scheme of muffler. Through the comparison between two valve group layout schemes, it is concluded that the second scheme is more convenient for the operation, inspection and maintenance of valves on the platform and can save investment. Therefore, the second scheme is finally determined as the first choice.
