裂解炉对流段炉管腐蚀泄漏原因分析

摘要:

阐述了乙烯装置裂解炉对流段炉管的腐蚀情况,对腐蚀泄漏位置的样貌、炉管材质、金相、微观结构和垢层等方面进行了检测。基于测试结果对腐蚀原因进行了分析,判断造成腐蚀泄漏的因素是对流段的凝液以及石脑油中的硫元素,并提出了优化操作和工艺改造的措施。

Abstract:

The corrosion of convection tubes in ethylene cracking furnace is introduced in this paper. The appearance of corrosion leakage location, furnace tube material, metallography, microstructure and scale layer are inspected. The causes of corrosion are analyzed based on the inspection results. It is concluded that the corrosion leakage is resulted by the condensate in convection section and the sulfur element in naphtha, and some measures for operation optimization and process modification are proposed.
