摘要:

四川某石化公司800 kt/a乙烯装置在第二个停工检修期间,采取化学清洗手段去除汽油分馏塔系统中硫化亚铁、重油组分、烃类聚合物及碱洗塔、废碱收集罐、废液槽中废碱黄油、铁锈等结垢沉积垢,清洗后设备满足进人检修/生产条件,达到表面清洁的目的。

Abstract:

During the second overhaul of the 800 kt/a ethylene plant of a petrochemical company in Sichuan, some chemical cleaning methods were used to remove the ferrous sulfides, heavy oil components and hydrocarbon polymers in quench oil tower system as well as the waste alkali grease, rust and other scale deposits in alkaline washing tower, waste alkali collection tank and waste alkali tank. After the cleaning, the equipment met the requirements of maintenance/production, and the goal of clean surface was achieved.
