裂解柴油泵机封频繁泄漏原因分析及改进

摘要:

某石化公司裂解装置2台裂解柴油增压泵从2019年开始机械密封频繁泄漏,因机械密封泄漏检修已多达10次,与API 682标准要求的使用寿命相差甚远。对裂解柴油泵机械密封频繁泄漏的原因进行了分析,泄漏的主要原因为波纹管积碳、动静环破损破裂和辅助密封圈失效等。针对以上原因,采取相应的改进措施,提高了机械密封运行的安全可靠性,延长了机泵的运行周期。

Abstract:

The mechanical seal of two diesel oil pumps in the ethylene cracking unit of a petrochemical company has leaked frequently since 2019. Up to 10 repairs have been carried out due to mechanical seal leakage. The service life of the mechanical seal was far from that required by API682. In this paper, the causes of frequent leakage of the mechanical seal of diesel oil pumps are analyzed. It is found that the main causes of mechanical seal leakage include the carbon deposition in bellows, the damage and fracture of dynamic and static rings and the failure of auxiliary seal rings. Some corresponding improvement measures are taken to improve the operation safety and reliability of mechanical seal and prolong the operation cycle of pumps.
