石油化工行业机泵自动化监测技术的应用

摘要:

石油化工行业大部分机泵监测采用的是人工监测,监测内容主要包括振动、温度、加速度,但该监测方法有很大的局限性,例如监测时段受限等。特别是在石油化工企业,机泵数量众多的情况下,人工检测无法做到实时监测设备的运行状况。因此,设备的早期故障就很难被发现,导致设备事故发生的概率提升。文中介绍了一种在线机泵监测技术,利用该技术可发现早期机泵的故障,为防止设备事故的发生提供了有效的支持。

Abstract:

Currently, manual monitoring is adopted for the monitoring of most pumps in the petrochemical industry, and vibration, temperature and acceleration are mainly monitored. However, this monitoring method has severe limitations, such as limited monitoring time. Real-time monitoring of equipment operation cannot be achieved by manual monitoring, especially in petrochemical enterprises with a large number of pumps. Therefore, it is difficult to detect the early failures of equipment, thus increasing the probability of equipment accidents. This article introduces an online monitoring technology for pumps, which can be used to detect the early failures of pumps and provide effective support for preventing equipment accidents.
