工程公司科技规划关键要素评价体系的多维探究

摘要:

探索建立服务于科技规划决策的关键要素评价理论与实践,通过案例分析,探讨石油化工行业背景下影响工程建设企业科技规划决策要素的评价方法。分析了构建过程中的关键环节,包括要素选取、权重分配、量化方法及评估模型等。采用要素分析和层次分析的方法开展关键要素评价。研究结果显示,科学合理的关键要素评价体系能够有效促进组织目标的达成。该要素评价体系在提升规划水平、优化决策支持等方面起到积极作用。文中总结了当前研究的不足之处,并对未来研究方向提出了建议。

Abstract:

This article explores the theory and practices of key factor evaluation that serves technology planning and decision-making. Through case analysis, it explores the evaluation methods of factors that affect technology planning and decision-making in engineering companies in the petrochemical industry, analyzes the key steps in the construction process including factor selection, weight allocation, quantification methods and evaluation models, and adopts the methods of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process to conduct key factor evaluation. The research results show that a scientifically reasonable key factor evaluation system can effectively promote the achievement of organizational goals. This factor evaluation system plays a positive role in improving planning level, optimizing decision support and other aspects. Finally, the shortcomings of the current research are summarized, and some suggestions are provided for future research directions.
