MTBE/1-丁烯装置腐蚀原因及预防措施

摘要: MTBE/1-丁烯装置采用三段式固定床和催化蒸馏技术生产MTBE产品,同时醚后碳四采用超精密蒸馏技术生产1-丁烯产品。自投产以来,甲醇回收系统多次发生腐蚀泄漏问题,严重影响装置长周期运行。同时腐蚀产生的锈渣随着萃取水进入甲醇萃取塔,造成塔压差升高,水洗效果变差,醚后碳四甲醇超标。通过采取严格控制原料品质、甲醇回收系统增设脱酸器、注碱中和及设备管道材质升级等措施,解决了腐蚀泄漏问题。

Abstract:

MTBE/butene-1 plant uses three-stage fixed beds and catalytic distillation technology to produce MTBE products, and butene-1 is produced by ultra-precision distillation technology. Corrosion leakage repeatedly occurred in the methanol recovery system since the plant was put into operation, seriously affecting the long-term operation of the plant. At the same time, the corrosion-induced rust residue entered the methanol extraction tower with the extraction water, causing increased tower pressure difference and poorer water washing effect. By taking measures such as strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, installing acid removal device in the methanol recovery system, injecting alkali for neutralization, and upgrading the material of equipment and pipelines, the corrosion leakage problem was solved.
