摘要:

介绍了乙烯装置压缩单元的工艺流程与功能作用,以及急冷水乳化的原理和危害。详细分析了压缩单元操作工艺波动、操作条件变化等情况与急冷水乳化形成的关联机制。提出了压缩单元优化操作、加强工艺控制等方面的措施,以降低压缩单元对急冷水乳化的不利影响,保障乙烯装置稳定高效运行。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the process flow and functions of compression unit in ethylene plants, as well as the principles and harms of quench water emulsification. The correlation mechanism between the operation process fluctuations and operation condition changes of compression unit and the quench water emulsification is analyzed in detail. In order to reduce the adverse effect of compression unit on quench water emulsification and ensure the stable and efficient operation of ethylene plant, some measures are proposed to optimize the operation of compression unit and strengthen the process control.
