摘要: 换热器由于腐蚀时常造成管束泄漏,致使水质或产品受到污染,影响换热效果,严重威胁正常生产。针对乙烯装置汽油加氢二段反应器出料冷却器腐蚀泄漏从设计、操作、检修及水处理等方面论述了换热器腐蚀泄漏的原因,进而提出了相关优化措施。

Abstract:

Tube bundle of heat exchanger frequently leaks due to corrosion, leading to the pollution of water or products, affecting heat transfer effect and seriously threatening the normal production. To solve the corrosion leakage problem of the effluent exchanger for the second-stage reactor of gasoline hydrogenation unit in ethylene plant, this paper discusses the reasons for the corrosion leakage of heat exchanger from the aspects of design, operation, maintenance and water treatment, and proposes some corresponding optimization measures.
