摘要: 辽阳石化公司裂解装置在正常运行期间热泵压缩机多次出现透平真空度下降问题,严重影响机组安全和装置运行负荷。经分析及检修验证,存在喷射泵设计能力不足及凝汽器结垢等问题,重点检修后彻底解决了这一顽疾,确保了机组高效、安全、稳定和经济运行。

Abstract:

The vacuum loss of turbine in heat pump compressor occurred many times during the normal operation of the ethylene plant at PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, seriously affecting the safety of the compressor unit and the operation load of the ethylene plant. Through analysis and overhaul, it was verified that there were problems such as the insufficient design capacity of jet pump and the scaling of condenser. After overhaul, these problems were solved completely, thus ensuring the efficient, safe, stable and economic operation of the compressor unit.
