裂解气干燥器运行异常分析及对策

摘要:

介绍了中国石油独山子石化分公司1 000 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气干燥器在2016年床层漏剂重新筛分装填后,吸附脱水性能下降导致裂解气干燥器运行出现异常。针对裂解气干燥器运行异常情况,分析其原因并采取相对应的措施,保证乙烯装置高负荷下平稳、安全、长周期运行。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the abnormal operation of pyrolysis gas dryer in the 1000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company caused by the decrease in adsorption and dehydration performance after the agent was re-screened and re-filled for the bed leakage in 2016. The reasons for the abnormal operation of pyrolysis gas dryer is analyzed, and some corresponding measures are taken to ensure the stable, safe and long-term operation of the ethylene plant under high load.
