乙烯装置裂解乙烷原料氢气回收的可行性研究

摘要:

通过不同原料乙烯装置的收率特点比较,直观展现乙烷裂解的特殊性。基于1 000 kt/a乙烯装置裂解乙烷原料,假定天然气、乙烷、电等方面的价格,获得乙烷裂解制乙烯装置回收氢气的成本。若以天然气作为氢气热量替代方式,氢气回收的成本取决于天然气的价格,天然气价格较高的地区,其回收氢气的成本较高,市场竞争力较弱。如用乙烷作为热量替代方式,乙烷价格较低时,其氢气回收的成本与煤制氢相当,市场竞争力较强。

Abstract:

Through the comparison of yield characteristics of ethylene plant with different raw materials, the particularity of ethane cracking is shown. Based on a 1000 KTA ethane cracking plant and the assumed prices of natural gas, ethane and electricity, the hydrogen recovery cost of ethane cracking plant is obtained. If natural gas is used as the substitute heat for hydrogen, the hydrogen recovery cost depends on the price of natural gas. In regions where the natural gas price is high, the hydrogen recovery cost is relatively high and the market competitiveness is weak. If ethane is used as the substitute heat for hydrogen, when the ethane price is low, the hydrogen recovery cost of ethane cracking is close to that of coal to hydrogen, showing strong market competitiveness.
