影响碳五分离装置长周期运行原因分析及对策

摘要: 碳五馏分中含有丰富的双烯烃,包括异戊二烯、间戊二烯、双环戊二烯,这些双烯烃在精细化工中具有重要的作用。中石化某碳五分离装置的萃取分离系统存在运行周期短等缺点,严重影响装置经济效益。经综合分析论证得出:工艺设备设计缺陷、药剂性能、参数控制、循环溶剂品质差、系统游离氧与水含量高均是制约其运行周期的主要因素。针对以上影响因素进行技术攻关,取得良好成效,大幅提高了萃取系统运行周期,系统各参数均在合理范围内,减少了目标产品损失率、设备切换周期正常。

Abstract:

C5 fraction is rich in diolefins, including isoprene, piperylene, and dicyclopentadiene. These diolefins play an important role in fine chemicals. The extraction separation system in a C5 separation unit of SINOPEC has shortcomings such as short operating cycle, which seriously affects the economic benefits of the unit. After comprehensive analysis and demonstration, it is concluded that the design defects of process equipment, the chemical performance, the parameter control, the poor quality of circulating solvent and the high content of free oxygen and water in the system are the main factors restricting the length of operating cycle. Technical research has been carried out to solve the above problems, and good results have been achieved. The operation cycle of the extraction system is greatly prolonged, the parameters of the system are within a reasonable range, the loss rate of target products is low, and the switching cycle of equipment is normal.
