摘要: 介绍了某炼化公司800 kt/a蒸汽裂解装置采用的乙烯精馏塔-乙烯制冷压缩机开式热泵技术、乙烯产品直送下游装置技术及乙烯球罐/低温乙烯罐技术,并对此套技术的实际应用进行了分析说明,有效提高了装置的抗波动能力。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the ethylene distillation column - ethylene refrigeration compressor open heat pump technology, the technology for direct delivery of ethylene products to downstream units and the ethylene spherical tank/low-temperature ethylene tank technology applied in the 800 kt/a steam cracking unit of a refining and petrochemical company, and analyzes the combined application of these technologies. These technologies have effectively improved the anti-fluctuation ability of the unit.
