摘要: 针对丙烯制冷压缩机浮环密封磨损,从浮环密封安装间隙校核, 机组密封装配质量密封油抗氧化性检测密封油高位油罐清洁情况及油气压差等方面进行分析,查找原因,并针对浮环密封磨损原因提出解决措施

Abstract:

To solve the wear and tear problem of the floating ring seal of propylene refrigeration compressor, analysis is made from the aspects of installation clearance check of floating ring seal, quality of unit seal assembly, oxidation resistance test of seal oil, cleaning conditions of high-level oil tank for seal oil, and pressure difference between oil and gas, and some solutions are put forward for the wear and tear of floating ring seal.
