摘要: 余热锅炉是裂解装置的关键设备之一,其因泄漏所致失效会造成裂解炉紧急故障停炉,并对裂解装置的平稳运行造成一定影响。余热锅炉泄漏失效的机理较多,文中通过采取金相检测、物相检测等手段对余热锅炉失效原因进行分析,探讨解决裂解装置余热锅炉因泄漏所致失效的方法,从而延长余热锅炉的使用寿命,提高其运行可靠性,以保障装置的长周期稳定运行。

Abstract:

Waste heat boiler is one of the critical equipment in ethylene plant. Its leakage failure will lead to the emergency shutdown of cracking furnace and affect the stable operation of ethylene plant. There are multiple mechanisms contributing to the leakage failure of waste heat boiler. This paper analyzes the causes of the failure of waste heat boiler through methods such as metallographic testing and phase analysis, and discusses the solutions to the leakage failure of waste heat boiler in ethylene plant, so as to extend the service life of waste heat boiler, enhance its operation reliability and ensure the long-term stable operation of ethylene plant.
